CDER Group Legal Slip Up?

A hire driver racked up TFL parking fines then skipped country, TFL wont accept hire agreement, and pursuing us as owners - one was passed it to CDER Group, who sent a letter saying if £355 isnt paid within 36 hours they will take action.
Cant risk clamp, so I called trying to arrange payment plan. They refused, but heres the interesting part. Person threatened they could come to my personal address (where business is register) and take ANY goods to the value of debt.
I said, surely you cant take personal goods against a Ltd company debt?
They insisted they could take anything, I said Im sure you're wrong about that - but just to clarify can you categorically confirm that on a recorded line? He wiggled a bit here, tried to be disingenuous, but eventually said, yes we can take personal goods against a company debt.
I would quite like to pursue it with Ombudsman, or anyone who has an appitite to hold them accountable.
I requested the call recording, raised a complaint, and got call this moring form 'Team Leader', who again tried to obfuscate and gaslight, saying 'oh he left a bit out , you need receipts to show its not part of the business'.
I asked why receipts are relevant, surely that would just confirm that its because you CANT take personal stuff - she immediatly started ranting and quoting irrelevant laws and not letting me speak, interrupting, etc etc.
When I asked for a simple yes or no she said 'I refuse to answer that question'.
I said - because you know he gave me misleading information to bully me into paying. I requested a full breakdown of how they train their people and their legal obligations, in writing. They then refused a call from the director to explain why they are giving misleading legal advice.
She also tried to refuse giving me information about who regulates them. Ive also asked for that call recording, and would welcome anyone else who would like to hold them to account before I write to Ombusdman, or if anyone else has similar experience or ongoing complaint.
Maybe a community effort would help.
