Nottingham Forest Park & Ride NET Clamp £140 fine

So I've been using The Forest Park And Ride carpark for years now to park my car and then walk into the city centre with no issues. Today I came back to my car to find it was clamped with a notice from NET stating I had to pay £140.00 for it to be released. I called the number attached and the guy said if I pay now over the phone he can send someone out within minutes to remove the clamp. I didn't have my card with me so he asked if I have Apple Pay which I had so I assumed I would have to pay the guy unclamping me. A guy turned up 5 min later, unclamped me and drove off - no mention of payment. Question is have I got away with it? What are the chances of them chasing me now since they don't have any other details other than my reg plate? Even if they do send me a letter can I ignore it? Having since googled this carpark I see they've only recently started clamping down on people parking for free. Seriously £140.00 is an absolute disgrace! Any advice appreciated
