    What's your plan for the wall? e.g. Leave it to weather in, acid clean the wall, redo it, colour stain the mortar etc.

    I'm doing a job for someone at the moment who has just given the builder who left the job a bad review. Checkatrade automatically send out a generic message back to the customer and also inform the trade.

    The Checkatrade page has disappeared.
    When I said I didn't think the guy would use a pic of the work for a promo, he said 'yeah it's got to settle, it's new it's got to settle'

    Checkatrade might offer you a refund up to a grand. As long as you have photos, payment details etc. you're in with a chance.
