    depends who did it?
bizarrely complex bit of brickwork to start with, bricked up doorway/window?
(and appears to be suffering from subsidence anyway)?

If you've paid a professional to do the job I'd be disappointed too. If you did it yourself with no experience or got Bob the odd job man in I'm not surprised its not great.

    Context is everything.

I paid a fortune for this!
Windows had been made smaller previously and there was past subsidence.
They didn't clip the cable back, they didn't clean sealant off the windows and drainpipes.
They supposedly could do any & everything speedily.
An acquaintance was having a huge job done, had done their homework and recommended them.
The drive was the main job and that was ok.

Was it raining when they were doing the pointing?

I think you can safely say it's not a masterpiece.

I'm a bricklayer by trade, so I can see when someone's struggled with the tools.
Someone who's good at pointing wouldn't have made a mess like that, even when rushing.
Unfortunately, even people who specialise in repointing aren't always that good at it. Generally speaking, most time served bricklayers don't want to spend every day doing a boring job like pointing. The odd job now and then is OK.
Usually, it's the hod carriers that start up on their own as repointing specialists.

I now suspect it was a roofer and hodcarrier who did it. They toiled long and hard and they started where the worjk couldn't be seen from the ground. I only hope it will keep out the worst of the weather.
I trying to work out how best to review it on C'atrade.

If you've a verified customer, just say you're disappointed with the work, and the photos will do the rest. Score them 2/10.
The weather shouldn't be too much of an issue, as it looks like you've got cavity walls. In time, the weather will probably help improve the looks. That's the thing with brickwork, when it's first done, people notice if it's a really good job, or if it's really rough. After 100 years, most people don't notice either.
