Can I transfer in my ISA from another ISA Manager?
Yes. You can transfer in an ISA from another ISA Manager, whilst this ISA remains available to open. We cannot accept partial transfers of current years’ subscriptions or flexible ISAs, where you have used your flexible options.

Now 3.90% with the maturity date being a month later. I put a first class stamp on my application due to not finding the thread as soon as OP posted. I hope it got there in time to get 4.15% as I would not have bothered to send off for the replacement.0

For future, when it's postal it may be worth phoning & asking for them to send you an application form. Many of the providers will register your interest and treat it as 'started'; so even when it goes off sale they'll give you another week to get the form in.
ETA: Some provide a postage paid or stamped envelope, too. Ask.2 -

Pleased to report that Suffolk honoured the rate. I didn’t need to call them to get them to do so, but the fact I wrote the maturity date on the application (exactly as the account was listed on their website, rather than just 2 Year Fixed Rate ISA) may have helped. I filled out the application on Saturday so it probably didn’t go anywhere until Monday. Searches by them on my credit file are dated yesterday, the same as the confirmation letter.
Online access now all set up, a very smooth experience as a new customer to them. Tried to set the account up on my online banking but COP failed so will try again on Tuesday.1
