What C-M is trying to say, if you are not Bakewell70 then you need to start a new thread
this is a direct link that will do such a thing:
Wing parking are not a member of a trade !!!!!!. / not on the approved operator scheme, this means they do not or should not have access to the DVLAs database of registered keepers. unless someone tells them who the driver could have been they can do nothing but put a bit of flyposted nonsense on vehicles, the golden rule is dont tell 'em pike.
As for a permit to park in a residential space/area - check your lease rental and report the status of that on your new thread.
edite note , the abbreviation for the word association was used which is !!!!!! but some reason the forum software is overly prudish and has edited it needlessly ( possibly American swear filter?) An !!!!!! is also the word for a domesticated donkey. The American (low level) vulgar word is !!!!!! in English English and has an R after the first letter A

Just dealing with the same issuer so thought rather than create a new thread to add onto this one.

Nope. It gets too confusing if people do that. We need 'one case one thread' but surely you haven't given Wing your data?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Oh ok, yeah that makes sense sorry about that. Unfortunately, they were given the owner/drivers details as part of the appeal as the driver (vulnerable adult) wanted help doing so but neither of us have experience in parking tickets appealing them so I started looking for more help when the appeal was rejected.
