I have accessed the new website but don't like it. I tried to download tax certificates for my closed easy access accounts but couldn't get the date range box to work! I messaged them last week to try to get this info and they kindly sent me a certificate of interest for my ISA account which is not what I wanted! It's a shame as I have had no trouble in previous years.0

I don't like the layout of the new site. I find it hard to find things, plus I don't find the new login any improvement. I shall ditch them. Their website is a step backwards rather the forwards.0
