New Cynergy Login Procedure

At long last they have replaced the digipass / authenticator app with a code sent to your mobile via SMS.
Sign in with existing user id and password. You will need to accept two long streams of Ts&Cs by scrolling to the bottom of them and reset your password which now has to include a special character.
No instruction on how to dispose of the physical digipass. No suggestions required thank you :-)

I didn't need any SMS to log into their app, which I had previously set up with biometric login. It simply let me in by looking at it.
I can't log into online banking at all. Keeps saying "Log in attempt expired"1 -
they haven't got statement download anymore which is very disappointing, and can't select the table to copy as they've done the page on canvas rather than regular html0

Trouble is it would appear anyone with my phone can access my account, as unlike other banks that require the entry of random characters from a memorised PIN etc with Cynergy that is not required, just user ID and password - which are automatically filled in.At least I felt more secure with the Digipass and the need to enter a PIN ! + what a disusting waste of resources, no information about return/recycle !0

Is this something they're rolling out batch-wise ? I've just logged in using the authenticator app as normal.0

When I try and log in, I get a blank page on my PC screen after logging in. Anyone else experiencing this?0
