Quicken XG 2004

I have been using Quicken since the mid '90's and kind of regret updating to 2004 from 2001, but not enough to revert back.
I am running Windows Home 11 without any problems after using the missing *.dll files, but what is annoying, if anyone knows a solution is:
a) I have a notification on start up to check for updates of which obviously there are none.
b) I really miss the debt projection, showing allocated payments and suggested payments, showing a potential end date. I cannot believe this is missing and hope it is just me not finding it.
Also, there seems a glitch, when I backup to different drives or files, it thinks I am saving to the same file and sends an error it could not back-up. It seems to be looking for an existing file rather than creating a new one.
Thank-you

Reinstall it? Try running it in compatibility mode? People in these threads say it works mostly fine for them:RGN007 said:I have been using Quicken since the mid '90's and kind of regret updating to 2004 from 2001, but not enough to revert back.
