Hi everyone , SP have got back and reduced 3 more to £20.If I go to POPLA I need to be 100% sure that this one liner will not lose.I know you will say I’m being a willing victim but paying the reduced invoices is very tempting when this is £140 vs £700. I simply do not have £560 to gamble..0

Hi everyone,
so SP have upheld the charges after my initial appeals. They said they sent me an email on 12th May requesting further evidence that the driver was a gym user. I never received this email. They have told me I have to appeal at IAS and I have not received a POPLA code.Is this correct?
will the appeal regarding landowner contract still work at IAS?
thanks in advance for your help.0
