We have done it for years and years . Some people also deal with parking tickets  professionally or have done so in the past.
So the advice you are getting is correct
Get those popla appeals logged :) when It asks the reason for the appeal select 'other'

it's tried and tested. Yes - used by us.

Trust us, this works with SP (not with other firms). You got lucky!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi everyone , SP have got back and reduced 3 more to £20.

If I go to POPLA I need to be 100% sure that this one liner will not lose.

I know you will say I’m being a willing victim but paying the reduced invoices is very tempting when this is £140 vs £700. I simply do not have £560 to gamble..

100% the one liner will not lose.  It hasn't lost in over 13 years so why would it lose now
Just use it,  why on earth would you waste your money.  Its a no brainer

Use the one liner. Kill the PCNs.

    Hi everyone,

so SP have upheld the charges after my initial appeals. They said they sent me an email on 12th May requesting further evidence that the driver was a gym user. I never received this email.

They have told me I have to appeal at IAS and I have not received a POPLA code.

    Is this correct?

will the appeal regarding landowner contract still work at IAS?

thanks in advance for your help.
