Please link to the Gov websites, and other websites where its recommended to do DIY conveyancing.Regarding auction purchase (assuming traditional) there is very little to do on the purchasers side. The pack is all there and there are no “enquiries” to be had. On a 28 day purchase they seem to do nothing for 27 days and then press the button on day 28. You would think they would see it as easy money but again solicitors seem to be sniffy about dealing with auction purchase.1 -
