    Can I just check as well - am I ok to submit this + the photos as a regular email, or do I need to convert it to a PDF doc etc??

    Signed documents must be saved as a PDF once signed & dated. None of this can be just bunged into the body of an email!

    Thanks. Right I've got 2 pdfs, my witness statement and photo exhibits. I'll get these emailed over to Northampton court and DCB legal and then roll on January.

    Northampton. ?  Are you sure. ? Is Northampton your own local civil court. ? No problem if it is

    It’s not, I forgot to ask for my local court so it defaulted to Northampton county. Thankfully it’s not too far away.

    Everything has been submitted so I’ll update in due course. 

    I just realised I referred to the claim form as witness statement when referencing Sarah Ensall - will the judge be lenient on my technicality?? Or have I lost that point??

    Just update that I checked in today and the hearing fee has been paid. 

    Any advice ahead of time that isn’t covered on the newbie thread?
