Hello,
I posted this on my own thread but just to follow up here as well - I sent DCB Legal a copy of my local driver's license, credit card statement and last year's Tax Return (all redacted.) Reiterating that I needed them to erase all other addresses.
It took a little while to come through but I can confirm I received the following email response from DCB Legal:"DCB Legal acknowledges the evidence you have provided.
Our Client has instructed to close our file and no further action will be taken in relation to this matter by this office.
DCB Legal's file is closed."
Woo hoo!
I hope others will have the same success! Thanks to the forum for their assistance.
