ATM mini statements

My Auntie banks with Virgin Money, she doesn’t have online banking.

Does anyone know if there are any particular ATM’s which would provide a mini statement, she doesn’t have a VM branch locally. I’ve tried one or two ATM’s but have only managed to get a balance.

What information is available via telephone banking?
What's special with VM? If she doesn't use online banking and doesn't have a branch nearby, isn't it time to switch her account to something local or to open a second account locally?

Thanks, I’ll ask her about telephone banking.

The reason she is with VM is because she was originally with Clydesdale. I’ll mention switching, but I’m almost sure she won’t want to.

VM mini statements are only available from VM ATMs so it is either move banks or modernise her banking methods.  The latter will likely be the best approach as finding an actual bank owned ATM is becoming more difficult daily.

Thank you, that saves me checking. I will speak to her about it.

    I appreciate everyone’s replies.

There is an easy way to resolve that  and it will have other uses and benefits for her in the long run.

I tried that with my mother. Here eyesight was very poor: Age Related Macular Degeneration. Her dexterity was also very poor. I got nowhere. She was able to cope with telephone banking.

Why the need to force people into a certain way of life? what happened to equality and diversity? or does diversity only count as long as people do exactly what a certain group wants, and live the life in the way certain people think they should?
