Son used my credit card without permission, even after card replaced

It cancelling the card didn't prevent further transactions to a merchant that's been used previously, then card Fraud would be a perpetual cycle.0 -

Can the OP not freeze the card to prevent any further use until the issue is fully resolved to her satisfaction ?Of course if the only credit card that is obviously a problem.1

Cancelling card (depending on how its done) will see either card replaced with one with the same 16 numbers, or if reported lost & stolen new 16 numbers, but where CPA are concerned. Retailers can get the new number via the Visa/Mastercard systems.Life in the slow lane1
