BwLegal Letter of Claim

Hi guys
Newbie here, so I've had a letter from these cowboys, previously it was Gladstone and I thought they had given up. So the claim is for 3 year old ticket, I had a permit it was registered to me, my address and car. So they knew I had one. It had slipped off the dash. Just after some advice, or a link to the right template to use as I am not sure.

This was the first letter I've received from BW, and if they knew about previous attempts, surely their other letters should have found me? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Doesn't matter you still get a court claim which you defend.just follow the newbies theead
