Hi, I received a judgement against me on 23-June, which I found on my credit report and logged on to moneyclaim online to confirm it, I haven’t received any post.

I have a receipt email dated 12-05-2025 from Claimresponses.cnbc@justice.gov.uk after sending my defence.

How do I get this reversed?

Email claim.responses ASAP,  with a copy of your defence and proof of the email auto response with the date

Add your claim reference number etc too

    In the email title,  write

URGENT,  UNPROCESSED DOCUMENTS plus the claim reference number too

Tell them to get the CCJ set aside using their special powers,  at no cost to you  ( they seemed to have a lot of problems in May , so not just you  !  )

Thanks for the advice, I have sent an email with this response, and received another autoreply receipt. What happens if they don’t read that also? Should I submit another letter by post?

You could do, but your email should be quicker, so expect them to take action sooner, keep checking your MCOL claim history too

Just an additional comment, I am currently going through a remortgage, and this has already gone onto my credit file (I understood that there would be 30 days before adversely affecting credit). I have my offer but this will cause a problem if it’s still on my file by the final checks. Is the court likely to remove this quickly?

I’ve just checked MCOL. The CCJ has been set aside, they have confirmed my defence has been received and the DQ forms have been sent to me. How long will I have to return the DQ forms once received?
