Is it straight forward and swift, or fraught with unnecessary headaches? I need to find a better rate asap. Been putting it off far too long!

My transfer in from Skipton was straightforward. Delayed slightly because Skipton said they needed my signature, but this was swiftly fixed through their online chat. As soon as that was sorted, the transfer went through very quickly (only a couple of days if I remember rightly...)0

I requested my transfer of old ISA cash from another bank on 11th April through the Trading 212 mobile app. Bearing in mind it was probably in the busiest week of the year I was number 99 in the queue. It took 6 days for my funds to arrive on 17th April. I didnt have any anxiety over this as the old provider is renowned for taking 3 days to release funds to your nominated account anyway. If you use the Trading 212 app to monitor progress you can see your position in the queue changing from day to day if needed.0

Assuming we are talking isas... my transfer from zopa took the full 15 working days, in that time there was no communication from either company.Ex Sg27 (long forgotten log in details)Massive thank you to those on the long since defunct Matched Betting board.0

I think it's very straightforward, and they don't even make you print off/post anything at all. The first one I did took only 3 days, the second one 10 days.0

Thanks guys. So no forms or anything via post? Great.0

Highly likely everything will get reduced again in coming weeks with recent BOE cut.0

Not necessarily - Not ISA's but Atom emailed me yesterday to say they're leaving their instant access rate at 4.75% untouched after the decision, and meanwhile Chase have a rate on offer that would be at 4.55% even if they do implement the full cut, so if T212 cut this rate further from 4.35% they're likely to suffer for it.

I started a transfer with 212 on 16th April still not showing in my account, I'm giving 212 until end of Tuesday to give me a satisfactory answer to and when I can expect the transfer to be complete, will probably cancel transfer if not happy with the answer. Shocking service0
