A Plum account without a "newbie bonus" or some other weird restrictions? Must be something hidden deep in the T&C's but I can't be bothered to read them all!

Interest is paid yearly, but I wouldn't be surprised to learn that it is paid at the end of the year after the one in which it is earned, and you have to forfeit interest in the year you withdraw.
