They are getting worse. Had the equivalent of the Car Boot scalper recently. You know the ones that dive into the Boot of your car without asking before you've even applied the handbrake. Immediate lowball offer then a simple " Best Price?" message on repeat. The irony this time is I recognised the Username, and they bought an item off me a few years ago. A flip and relist Buyer. Strangely enough, the item is still for Sale 2 years later for double what they paid !!

With free listings there is no ongoing costs to listing at silly prices.  Been looking for some old tech products and made an offer
on a couple. Offer of £65 declined several months ago on a £75 BIN.  That is slightly more than I have been paying when sold
as an auction listing. After my offer they increased the price to something like £100.

Well they listed it several times and it didn't sell.  Spotted it a few days ago as an auction item and I made a £36 bid as a starting
point so they don't instantly sell to someone that makes an offer.  Forgot about the item until 5 minutes before the listing ended
and nobody else bid for the item.

Had an absolute corker this morning:

Sold something using SD postage. It was delivered Wednesday. Buyer has opened an INR case, then in the notes stated that it has arrived broken and listed the damages.

I messaged him saying I am happy to sort this out, but I can't do anything as he's opened the wrong type of case. He needs to close it and open the correct type...

He replies back saying "No, I have been told this is the best way to get my money back and keep the item".

Added him to my blocked buyers list!  :D:)

Once a SD shows as being in the couriers hands then eBay take responsibility. In future just refer them to eBay to sort out.

I had a difficult buyer who demanded I reduce the price on an expensive purse.  I blocked her only to find she bid under a different user name.  She then manipulated the address which didn`t fit the RM website so I said I couldn`t post it and she then negged me.  Ebay refused to support me.....
