What is the Issue Date on your Claim Form?

Upon what date did you file an Acknowledgment of Service?
Your MCOL Claim History will have the definitive answer to that.
The issue date is 24 April 2025, and I filed the AOS on 2 May 2025

With a Claim Issue Date of 24th April, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service('AOS') in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Tuesday 27th May 2025 to file a Defence.

That's nearly three weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence but please don't leave it to the last minute.
To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.

Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an AOS has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.

The para starting 'Given it...' should be paragraph 4, then renumber the template.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi, I'm now at N180 stage and have followed the advice on how to fill it in on the threads thank you. I just want to double check whether in 'serving a copy to other parties'  I send it to G24 LTD or DCB Legal.?Thanks in advance

So I received a mediation call and in line with the advice on the forum I declined to offer payment. I have now received a court date of 19 Nov at and they are asking for supporting docs and WS 14 days before. I haven't got any supporting docs as such (they are arguing I overstayed by 17mins) so would really appreciate advice on what to present, I'm nervous about going to court tbh.

Study the Witness Statement plus Exhibits bundle advice in the newbies sticky thread post 2 and any advice in the first 2 posts in the defence template thread too

Then study other recent Witness Statement posts in other ongoing or concluded cases on here over the last 6 months

As its DCB Legal,  and G24, keep checking your inbox and spam folders in your email account for the usual N279 NoD document,  before the hearing fee is due

What is the deadline for dcb legal to pay the hearing fee   ?

At this moment in time, you aren't going to court,  unless they pay the hearing fee,  which is doubtful

That's disappointing, given the detailed info in the second post of the NEWBIES thread literally listing exhibits for everyone to use.

UPDATE - I've just received the discontinuation letter by email! BIG THANK YOU to everyone on here for their help, if it hadn't been for your guidance I would have probably paid the nearly £300. This has been going on since May 2020! Your detailed and encouraging support gave me the confidence to stand up to these bullies and for that I will be eternally grateful.

Excellent,  please post a redacted picture of the N279 document below so that your case can be added to the discontinuations thread by @Umkomaas
