Multiple damaged panels received from shed supplier

I ordered a shed back in February. I was told it would be between 7-8 weeks for delivery which it was.
When it arrive there were 4 damaged panels. They told me they would get them replaced and 2 weeks later I received the new 4 panels. Out of the new 4 panels 1 of these was damaged. They have said they will replace these but again I’ve had to wait another 2 weeks.
I have asked for some compensation from them due to the amount of extra time having to wait as well as it pushing back all plans as getting the shed is the first step for the plans and I can’t really do much else without it being erected.
Where do I stand with this? Can they just refuse to compensate or do I have any rights to make any more demands?

They can, as you don't have a right to "compensation" - that doesn't mean you don't have rights you could either exercise outright, or use to negotiate a price reduction.
The items were faulty on delivery, and they've obviously accepted that. Then they've had one chance to rectify the issue, and have failed. At this point you could cancel the contract and demand a full refund (and they'd have to come get the shed).
This would leave them out of pocket, and you without a shed. So instead, you could suggest a reduction in cost (i.e. partial refund) to encourage you to keep the shed. You get a shed, they still get some profit (if a bit less).2 -
Who is the shed manufacturer? If it is a large one based in Worcestershire, they may well agree to a reduction.
But if they do I'd check the quality of the construction of the rest of the shed first, as I ended up sending my shed back for a full refundIf you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales1 -

Traders are only permitted one single attempt under the law to replace or repair damaged/faulty goods, If that fails, a full refund is due - unless you are happy to settle for a price reduction.
You might need to quote s24(5)(a) of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to them1 -
