Off-Peak Tariffs Still Available?

Hi ppl
Parents have Vodafone Off-Peak contracts that are up so looking for some better deals.
One is £15 p/m inc 600 Off Peak Voda-Voda + Landlines + 15 min X-Net.
Other is £18 p/m = 1000 Off Peak Voda-Voda + Landlines.
Can anyone suggest some better deals preferably on a 12 monther with instant/no cashback as they will forget to claim.

ps - Would consider an Anytime contract with 500 mins plus if not cashback or instant cashback ?
