Octopus Heat Pump Annual Service

Has anyone yet had their first annual heat pump service with Octopus (£9 per month)?

I am coming up to the first year of having my heat pump installed later this month.

If anyone has had their first service, what was the process to arrange it?

Did you call Octopus or did Octopus call you?

How soon before/after the anniversary did it get arranged (my installation was completed 30/05/2024)?

I could email the heat team to ask, but thought I would check here first

Mine is not due until later this year.  But so far I've found Octopus fantastic at being reactive and rubbish at being proactive.  So I'd expect not to hear from them but if you contact them they'll get onto it quite rapidly .
