ESA migration to UC LWRCA how long

Hi im having to migrate my Husband and myself from ESA support group to UC i have read about transitional payments and that he should be granted LWRCA but how long does that last before they make you hand in fit notes is it like ESAand you stay in the LWRCA group as long as there is no change or does it last only a set…

That's initially what was happening—wrong outcomes to get people off it—but what cost Atos was people challenged them, killing off any savings. Then you also had the underpayments, and it was Atos that caused them. Even though the DWP wanted to brush it under the carpet, they lost.
