    Ask them to convert your Issue 2 into an Issue 4 by secure message. You will keep the same account number and everything.
    Thanks, I'll try that. I assumed they wouldn't do that because it effectively just extends my 1 year bonus, but it's worth a try

    It's what I always do with Principality when an ISA matures. They've never had an issue with it. I've done it at least three times. They're flexible ISAs as well.

    Thanks - mine isn't maturing until November though, I just hoped I could transfer to the new one so that the bonus lasts until next May instead of November

    Update for anyone who's interested: Principality responded to my message in less than 24 hours, and have transferred my old issue to the new issue, effectively extending my "bonus rate" for another 6 months. Fantastic service from Principality.
