Trading 212 affiliate interest rate problem

I opened a cash ISA via the MSE link on Tuesday 29th April and am currently in the process of transferring in my old ISA's. I deposited £10k into my current years ISA on May 4th and notice today my interest rate is showing as 4.35%. Chatting to the bot I'm being told the qualifying period to open the account and get that rate started on May 1st so I have missed out. The offer has been on here for weeks and there is no mention of qualifying dates 😳. Anyone had similar and managed to get it sorted?

Try applying the promo code TI (second letter is capital i) in the app. You get to the option to do this via the bottom right menu icon.1
