    Hi benjdr,

    The money hasn't actually been taken by the retailer, they have just earmarked the funds, unfortunately they have done it 3 times.

    The retailer will only authorize 1 payment and the other 2 earmarked funds will automatically fall off the account as if they never existed.

    The bank/retailer cannot do anything in this case as its an automated system.

    The only thing you could do and its up to the bank is to request a temporary increase to your limit, if you are short of funds and need to make urgent essential purchases using the card.
