Which pre paid travel card

All good advice here but our problem is we live in Spain but have a UK bank account. Most providers seem to want a UK address- which we don't have- any advice please?

Get a Spanish bank account?

Which countries do you need the pre-paid card for?

As above, if you live in Spain you should probably get a Spanish bank account.
