Problems transferring out a partial YBS ISA

I'm having problems doing a partial transfer out of a YBS ISA to a new Vanquis savings ISA. I wondered if anyone else was having problems? Vanquis say requests being rejected, YBS say no requests being received, and are not offering any help to resolve this.

My wife and I both have YBS CISA accounts.
Partial transfers last year from my wifes account to T212 went through without a hitch but mine were lost, rejected, ignored, required wet signatures etc. etc.
This year we are hoping to transfer the entire ISA's to Vida Savings and so far it has been frustrating to say the least.
Despite providing Sort Code, Account Number AND Roll Number it seems that YBS will reject/ignore it unless you ONLY use the Roll Number (10 digits).
Makes little sense to me they can't simply use the information they want/require and ignore the rest but it isn't just YBS that are difficult to deal with in my recent experience, T212 are equally recalcitrant.1 -

I have just opened a YBS eISA having gone through their security process. I am waiting for a "what to do next" email from them which I was told would come most likely within 24hrs. Nothing yet. So I have not transferred any funds as yet. That may be a blessing is disguise given the content of these messages. Do we know if YBS are generally difficult to deal with? To date my wife and I have managed to open all accounts we have "in person" - all with other providers. But with an eye on the £85k threshold we are running out of "in person" options locally. YBS would be our first foray into the world of e accounts. Now I am nervous and whilst there is still time am reconsidering going with YBS. Have to say that my experience of the YBS online messaging service (for queries) has to date has been excellent).

I've had YBS accounts of one kind or another for many years.
At the moment, I have an ISA (previous years) with them.
Their current E Isa account offers a better rate than my existing so I opened one and requested an internal transfer. This is in process but will take "up to ten days" according to their text message.
No problem really as interest will be backdated but I was rather taken aback by the time scale!0
