Help to buy isa bonus

Hi. I have a help to buy isa that is nearly full. I am buying a house with a deposit of £5300. Does anyone know if I will get the bonus on the full amount in the help to buy isa or just on the £5300 deposit.

All of the bonus must be used towards the deposit, so you ought to be able to take your closing statement to your conveyancer, claim the £3,000 bonus, and use that together with £2,300 of your HTB ISA cash as the deposit.
