I got this letter saying I need to pay around 2k or they’ll come and take my personal assets, I believe it’s a scam need some advice, this vehicle isn’t registered to my name however came to my name it’s a family members vehicle, I have received no PCN and would know if it did

They got your data from you recently looking for insurance online, maybe as a food delivery courier?
