I’m not qualified for a lifetime isa due to my age, please is it possible to combine my wife’s lifetime ISA and my cash ISA to get mortgage?

Your wife can use her LISA without penalty if she hasn't owned before and the purchase complies with the scheme rules, but, apart from that, if it's a joint purchase then the rest of the funding can come from anywhere.1
