Where / how do I word the facts?

Despite the date being over five years ago, I recall tl to the best of my knowledge, I was there as a visitor of a resident and displayed a visitors permit visible in the front windscreen. There were no clear bay markings, only cobbled paving. It was late in the evening in January so was poorly lit also. Signage and parking bays were not obvious or well lit.

How does the judge know that if you don't include it in your defence? Not that you'll actually have a hearing because DCB Legal will discontinue just before.

Correct,  or offer £5 , then £10 etc, but no big offers,  or offer nothing,  see them in court   ( but they will more likely discontinue next year   )
