thank you all for the assistance on this particular case. As you all guessed DCB Legal withdrew their case a week before the actual hearing. In the end the order was set aside and CCJ was removed.

These parking issues are never ending, I just want to ask if anyone has guidance on how to deal with the courts after they make an admin error and results in the claimant getting CCJ. is there any way to expediate the lengthy waiting time for the matter to be review by a District Judge?

I presume that you mean defendant,  not claimant   ?

Complaining to HMCTS by email usually puts a bomb under the CNBC within a week or so.

    ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

Now, we are very glad you are here in August. As well as showing us the NoD this week, please also
do the government's Public Consultation on or before 5th September (end of next week).

We need every poster to come back & complete this vital Consultation before the deadline.

We understand that you may need some pointers. It looks laborious, we get that. It doesn't matter; no knowledge is needed except re your own terrible experiences at the hands of time-wasters DCB Legal, so you can call out a scam industry and you'll protect millions of motorists and help change the law.

I've written some guidance on that thread. I have covered almost every question, providing ideas if you agree with our stance on things like DRFs, which we say must be banned.

Ordinary people like you are falling victim to this scam 15 million times per annum. Motorists need your voice added please!

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you and I will definitely do the above! I am sure the consultation is less complex and frustrating then dealing with ECP and DCB Legal. Where can I find the HMCTS complaint email address?
