Wow - I am away for a couple of days and it all goes crazy:rotfl: I have just done 6 updates for March totals and added another five people to the list - how brilliant is that?
Sorry I have not responded to all the PMs individually but it was a bit hectic for a while there! A collective congratulations to all those who have paid off another chunk and welcome to all our new members.

Well, I am now on the road to Mortgage freedom, eventually I have the remortgage all sorted and have set up a ISA to save up for the overpayments (which I'm not allowed to start until 2010). I have started saving £200 per month for the moment which changes my target for 2008 to £2000 from my original £3000, however if I am able I will put away the rest into my offset savings account...
I can now see the light at the end of the tunnel, a very long tunnel though!!! LOL.MFW 2010 Challenge (No 68) - £133.29/ £5000MFITT2 Challenge - (No 181) - Target Reduce mortgage to £130,000Mortgage @ 1.8.09 - £161160  @1.12.09 - £159052  @ 1.2.10 £157,3630 -

It wont go through until the banks open tomorrow but my overpayment for March will be £188.25, it is great to see my interest charged falling every month and my capital payment rise accordingly.0
