Cash ISA transfer speed within the same provider.

I'm in the process of transferring one Easy Access Cash ISA with low interest rate to another Easy Access Cash ISA with a higher interest rate (an industry wide self-made problem) within the same provider Leeds BS. I would have expected this to be a fast process (Move cash from A to B within the same bank) but so far a week as passed and nothing has happened. The request was made using their secure message system as advised on a call to them but I have no idea of any progress is made or even if the message has been read since there is no status update. I know it can take 15 working days but I'm concerned that the request is in Limbo. Anyone else face the same issue?
