Do I have to complete a transfer form to transfer from a Flexible ISA with one provider to a Fixed ISA with another provider? Thank you

Yes, you need to request that the fixed rate ISA provider carries out an ISA transfer, because withdrawing the money and paying it in yourself would make it count towards the current tax year's ISA allowance which would usually be undesirable.NYCCP said:Do I have to complete a transfer form to transfer from a Flexible ISA with one provider to a Fixed ISA with another provider?
