Speaking to them is not helping so far. Got a new sim mid april and asked to get it merged as well as complete a port-in which were done after numerous calls / chats but i still don't have access to Veryme rewards. I'm wasting my time chasing meagre rewards but vodafone hasn't been that helpful regarding this. Anyone had a similar issue? I've been told the request to the Vodafone App team has been sent and to wait 5 working days but no confirmation by email so i don't know if they are lying just like how i was told refreshing / updating the app would work.

Another issue is with landline. I was told i could port my old number over (which i didn't have for 18 months so it was simply to try my luck and apparently it was available) but the form is still open and the port in should've completed on the 28th. I don't know, again, if they are lying or not.

I am experiencing the same issue after three weeks. The customer service is awful, and they provide stereotypical answers each time. Apparently, their technical team is investigating, but I am regretting joining Vodafone now.

When Vodafone Pay as You Go Plus launched, I tried it out. The app never worked properly despite it being the only way to operate the account. The AI helper was useless and when I did contact support they didn't really listen, provided answers only vaguely related to the problems.

(Problems: VeryMe never worked, the plan is supposed to automatically renew but it didn't, you wouldn't get a notification or message, you just couldn't use the SIM. By trial and error, I discovered  that removing the payment method and adding it back would kick start Vodafone into taking the payment. When it kept happening I gave up)
