Three Broadband deal

I don't know how many have tried to get the deal recently lapsed with three. I instigated the application and received an email with regard to the £60 voucher and a link to start the application with three. When I went to their site the offer had gone up £2 pm and no mention of the voucher. I tried links from 2 other comparison sites, same result so assumed it was discounted at checkout. It wasn't, however on the application there was a box so I queried where the discount was.
Received 2 emails regarding the enquiry, simply saying query closed, nothing. I contacted CS today and after an hour with two CS agents, and an attempt at very hard sell to include an inappropriate sim contract, I terminated the contact nowhere further on.
Just advising anyone considering them in future, be aware what they offer may not actually be what you receive.
