Can I claim for my late husband

Hello
My late husband was a motorcyclist and in the past has had numerous bikes on HP with Black Horse, Moto Novo, and Close Brothers. He has also had cars both with Ford but not sure what finance company they use. Unfortunately, I cant remember the registrations for the motorbikes but can remember the registrations for the cars. What I would like to know is, can I claim on behalf of my late husband, and do I have to have the bike registrations? Thank you

You can register an interest in the case yes, but you would be waiting until the cases play out in court and the FCA review + any government intervention, there isn't a "claim" as such despite ML's suggestions.
You may need to provide details of the dealer, bike etc yes to be able to find the deals and you should expect them to request proof of the details. Do not use a third party firm, I noted there are a few lying firms advertising on youtube falsely claiming to have a database of PCP contracts - they cannot find out any information you do not have.
You could try the dealers he used though if any are closed and no longer trading, it will be more complicatedSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
