Partner had the offer so got it. I had no such offer, so live chatted with Chase to find out why, as our situations are the same; both have same number of accounts with them for the same amount of time, both had boosted accounts before that have since expired. Only difference between us both is I have a fair bit saved with them, and partner doesn't. So I assumed that to be the reason, so I asked them.
At first they tried to say it was because I had a boosted account previously (now expired), until I informed them my partner also has (also expired). They then backtracked and were not very forthcoming about their eligibility criteria, and were unable to provide any reason why I had not received the offer, simply apologising and stating hopefully I'll be eligible in the future.
So seemingly, there is no consistency as to who is eligible for this one
I'll check with him later but I don't think he's received the same offer.0 -

The windows are small and the walls almost bare,

I listen all night for your step on the stair.0 -
I moved a high amount out of chase at the start of this month to another high interest saving so my chase balance went to zero. 29 days later, I got an email from Chase offering this so it's definitely if you have very little or nothing that they offer it.0

I've an elderly acquaintance who has had £10k in chase since the last boost, he withdraws the interest each month, and he got the offer, so it isn't all about people who have moved away.0

Well I’m happy to play the game here and have moved my easy access savings back.1

Quick question. My savings are with Chetwood Bank and they pay monthly interest like Chase. If I was to move my savings over today then would I get the 4.8% boost on my savings being in the account for 1 day? Or is it better to wait until the 01/05 soon get the full interest from Chetwood?0

I had a boost savings account before, emptied most of it to move the money to T212 (since uninvested money is getting more interest) and also pretty much stopped using Chase for day-to-day banking since the restricted cash back conditions. I was offered the latest boost savings, so my cash savings are back with Chase...for now.0

I had moved all my pennies out of chase when the rates dropped to 3% and I got this offer. My wife had left her pennies in chase and has not got the offer. She has "chatted" with them today and they confirmed that as she has over 10k with them that she will not get the offer. She replied to say that she now has another account with a better rate that she was going to move her money to but was holding off for this offer.... they have replied saying they would give this feedback to their management so they have the opportunity to see your feedback and maybe make something happen for you.
Lets see if see gets offered the boosted rate - otherwise she will also shift her money elsewhere.0
