Picked this up this morning. Not the first time I've had one though. AVG seems to be pretty efficient at dealing with stuff like this though.0

Hi,
just curious, I do a scan every morning, and picked it up on 1st. Jan.
Is that your first scan for a week or two, just wondering when it became active, though an earlier post says before Christmas.0 -
Should you always empty the virus vault?
Not necessarily, you may have a false positive, which you might find you need to restore as one of your programs may not then work.
The files in the vault are not runnable, as AVG modifies the file to stop it running. When it restores it it puts the file back to original.0
