ISAs with Trading 212 (as suggested in Martin's newsletter)

They are interntional companies with different branches in about six countries. They have no direct website that you can go to directly or you can go but you get access denied, which seems strange.
The easiest way to deal with them is via an app. The link in the newsletter didn't work when I last tried it. They also trade in stocks and shares. So you need to be careful when chosing that you don't chose to invest! After having installed and configured the app, you are then directed to your investment bank account to sign in to withdrawn funds. There are three ways of doing this. Two methods failed for some unknown reason. The third method was they sent me full details of the account the funds need to go to, so I created a draft and sent them the money.
After three days no funds had appeared in the app.(apparently it takes three days fo anything to happen), I contacted them. Although they said joint accounts were ok, they needed a bank account statement showing both names. They were quick to reply and the funds are due to return in 'up to' three days. Personally I think they are dangerous. I have been scammed before. I'll update here when the funds arrive ba

Did you not spot that separate board right at the top?0 -
Their website and web login work fine for me!

Moving money in and out of my INVEST cash balance is pretty much instant.
Edit : With Chase now offering 4.8% boosted savings for 6 months, I have moved £58,000 out of T212.
It took 2 hours to get the "your withdrawal is on its way" email from T212 and the funds arrived at Chase a minute later.3 -
I wasn't so sure about this, being a platform, rather than dealing direct with a bank, but I became a new customer in March 2025, when I opened a new cash ISA, and deposited my maximum allowance at the start of this current Tax Year (06 April 2025). As I had the 3 month introductory bonus interest I also decided to transfer in another ISA (old money) from another provider. I have to say that although I have only been with Trading 212 for a month I have found everything to be seamless and clear, and for me the app has been brilliant. When I did my ISA transfer in I could see what position I was in the queue, and roughly how long it would take to process (can often be delayed by other parties), and in the end it happened faster than I expected. I can see which banks my savings are held by, and the daily interest being accumulated for my uninvested funds, and hand on heart I would say that my experience has been exceptional. Whilst I have savings with other banks and institutions none of those that I bank with have the transparency or instant information service like that which comes with the Trading 212 App.
