Found one in the end but most of the search results were either hints at what Henderson v Henderson is or suggestions to search the forum.

I'll try to post the "Unless" Order. The reply I received was a new particulars of claim (bundle of documents/photos of signage/vehicle etc) dated the day before the Unless deadline.

I'm still unsure how to check the status of the previous case - do I have to phone the court?

Here's the Unless order hand copied:

1. The Particulars of Claim are struck out for failing to comply with CPR 16.4(1)(e) and PD16.7.5.
2. Unless by 4pm on DEADLINE_DATE the Claimant file and serves a substitute Particulars of Claim which complies with CPR 16 and the practice Direction the claim shall be struck out without further order
