Have sent my defence to ClaimResponses.CNBC@justice.gov.uk
Auto-reply received.
Does this resolve the deadline or is it pending a human reply?0 -

May be a silly question but must the Directions Questionnaire be hand written? Or can it be filled in with a PDF editor.0

Transferred to local court a couple of months ago.
Nothing further received in that time.
Do I just keep waiting or is there some online service to check the status manually?0 -
I received a "General Form of Judgment or Order" back in October 2025. On it was written an order for the particulars of claim to be struck out UNLESS by some specific date the Claimaint serves a substitute particulars of claim.
I have heard nothing from the court since. (I emailed them today to enquire on the status of the case)
A couple of weeks ago, on Christmas Eve (merry christmas Gladstones), I received another "LETTER BEFORE CLAIM" from Gladstones... which would appear to me as restarting the process?
What is to be done in this situation? Thanks0 -
Does this new letter before claim refer to the same case with identical reference numbers or a different/new case?1

Appears to be for a different case (a couple of weeks apart). I guess I'll just go through the whole process again - two in parallelLe_Kirk said:Does this new letter before claim refer to the same case with identical reference numbers or a different/new case?1 -
If this new one is about the same location, Claimant, then use the Henderson v Henderson cause of action estoppel wording as well (search the forum and copy).privateunadopted said:
