How to transfer ISA?

I have a post office ISA and the interest rate has now dropped. I also have a Trading 212 ISA which has a better rate. I’d like to transfer the entire sum in the post office account to the Trading 212 ISA, however I wasn’t able to do this on the Trading 212 app, I contacted customer services and they said they don’t accept transfers in from post office ISA’s. How can I move this money if they don’t access direct transfers?

You will have to find a provider that accepts transfers in from post officepeanutbutter92 said:I have a post office ISA and the interest rate has now dropped. So in theory I could open a new ISA (on that Trading 212 accepts transfers from), transfer the post office ISA to this new ISA, then transfer the new ISA to Trading 212? Do you know if this is allowed and if there are any time stipulations s please?Isarulesaretoocomplex said:

It's Bank of Ireland UK trading as the Post Office. Does T212 accept transfers from Bank of Ireland UK? Or is your particular Isa with OneFamily?peanutbutter92 said:I have a post office ISA and the interest rate has now dropped. I also have a Trading 212 ISA which has a better rate. From the foot of the savings landing page:
"Post Office ISAs are provided by OneFamily. Savings in Post Office cash ISAs are deposited with Bank of Ireland UK. All other Post Office savings accounts are provided by Bank of Ireland UK."

Both of these are on the T212 list. Worth a try
