I've been a customer since September 1st 2024
- no bills
- no MyWatts (after first 6 weeks which were fine)
- no communication other than a few emails where nothing changed

All was working 100% (only issue was I had some nonsense meter readings on my account), but I jumped ship following the Ofgem provisional order. The tariff served its purpose over the winter months and I didn't fancy being part of the fallout if and when further regulatory action is taken (saving over the summer only amounts to about £5 per month for me).1

Don't Tomato have to have complied with OFGEM's requirements by 1 May? Busy week ahead...0

-1st bill after joining in Feb. Bill from mid Feb until 31st March-my watts mainly up to date. But I have been billed up to 31st of March which is not a complete on my watts and neither is the 30thThe only thing I can say that is by having two set times a day of lower electric costs it has made my mental health better as I am no longer waiting for a lower day on tracker and a nice day to do my laundry.Hope for everything and expect nothing!!!

Worked as it should have from day 1, and was saving me a quarter on my monthly bills with ease while i was using a ton more lekky with the storage heater, which i never used with octopus......but i had to jump this month due to that order against them, but i really hope they pull through as i would go back in a heartbeat.0
