Charter Isa Transfer

I'm looking to do a partial ISA transfer to Charter but when entering partial, it doesn't prompt me for an amount. Could anyone that has completed a partial transfer please advise me of how this works.

Didn't realise they were open Sundays. Just got off the phone and the reason is that I am transferring this years subscription which as has been mentioned before, Charter will only accept in its entirety thus an amount is not required.
