Good morning
Lovely sunshine here, Sat indoors watching a bit of the London Marathon on tv. Washing in the machine to hang out.
Went to the tea rooms in the village yesterday and sat in the garden, it was lovely.
Allie - Thistle looks great - happy travelling.
Ruby - your garden looks lovely.
DP1 - glad dgd is doing ok, enjoy your new summerhouse.
Snoozer - I too would be annoyed.
Have a fabulous day.11 -
Popped back while eating beans on toast
Redruby your garden looks lovely as did yours Izzy
I haven't done any planting yet and have a pile of stuff in one corner I took out of the shed. Hopefully I'll get started once the summer house is up. Little one and I were planning what we want in it yesterday - I was basically just comfy chairs. She wanted her play kitchen and little chair out of my living room, her dolls and pram and her big box of lego...oh and perhaps a little fridge granny and a cupboard for some snacks! Also some pretty bunting!
DD sent photos of them doing a litter pick in their village this morning - little one is wearing a high vis jacket down to her ankles.
Snoozer - I'd have to say something to your DD and husband, but understand that you'll not want any ill feeling before they move. Some people are able to ignore mess - youngest DD was terrible when it was just me and her living here, but very tidy now she has her own home.
Allie hope you have some lovely trips in Thistle. I've always fancied going on holiday in a camper van, I can't drive though!
Right I've washing to put out and my fridge to sort - then I'll be lazy with my Sunday Times x12 -

Gers said:It's cold here and we've had a brief power outage which doesn't bode too well.I must be psychic! Power went off completely at 12.30 and just come back on. I took myself off to visit with friends for the duration and we have heavy drizzle. At least the day warmed up slightly.Your little one is so sweet @DP1, such an imagination is fab.

Hi everyone,
I did say something, nothing nasty I just asked who was cleaning the kitchen. Brian volunteered and Laura said she'd tidy the toys (and they did it).
Poor Laura felt terrible yesterday, Esben had a party to go to and she got the time wrong and they turned up just as it finished. Esben was so upset they ended up bringing a friend back to play so he cheered up.
We have the class bear this weekend, luckily it's been a busy one.
Nice van AA. Lovely garden Ruby. Fingers crossed the porridge does the trick dp1.
